I’m Kate Syuma – a Founder at Growthmates, Growth Advisor, ex-Miro Head of Growth Design. **Growthmates** is a platform for learning from industry leaders and an advising practice that guides companies in growing meaningful products by leveraging PLG and enhancing UX quality, together.

⭐️ What you’ll do
As I’m growing a variety of projects I’m working on and building Growthmates, I’m looking for a reliable and like-minded assistant who could support me with the following tasks:
- Social Media Management: scheduling and preparing some content for posting across several social platforms:
- Professional / Thought leadership — LinkedIn, Substack;
- Podcast, shorts, episode announcements (bi-weekly) — LinkedIn, Substack, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram. ****Automation setup and maintenance is beneficial. ****
- Content Repurposing and Marketing: uncovering relevant ways of repurposing and promoting existing thought leadership content across several platforms to build an engaged audience and presence.
- Creating and curating “weekly content sharing plans” (LinkedIn, Substack as primary channels)
- Preparing drafts of content for reviews (using existing / previously prepared articles, posts, and short videos)
- Scheduling the posting across several channels
- [Bonus] Creating simple visual assets/infographics using the Growthmates visual language as supportive materials to post.
⭐️ Your background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with SMM for professional B2B content across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Substack, and Instagram (ideally connected to thought leadership and influential content in B2B space)
